I’m Viola Jocz
Art educator, artist, and founder of the Kulturka Art Studio.
For over 25 years, I’ve been creating spaces where art becomes more than technique — it’s a way to discover oneself and the world. At Kulturka, we believe art should be free from rigid rules. Each of my projects invites exploration, feeling, and authentic expression. I value flexibility and individuality — I listen, support, and encourage students to experiment and fully experience the creative process.
I believe every child carries natural creative potential — they only need space to unfold. In my studio, creation is total: through art, we discover ourselves and our way of thinking. I’m the author of Art Laboratory, Winter ART Shelter, and several online courses and e-books supporting educators worldwide. My lesson plans are used in over 90 countries. Over the years, I’ve organized more than 50 exhibitions, led three studios, and co-created performances merging visual arts, dance, and performance.
I'm Ola Charabin
Filmmaker, marketer, and Viola’s right hand in running classes at Kulturka.
I am responsible for marketing strategy, promotion, and project coordination — from campaign planning to organizing large-scale events. I am the creator and curator of Made in Kulturka on Instagram, which I built from scratch into a thriving international community of over 175,000 followers. Thanks to my work, our projects reach educators and creators in dozens of countries around the world, and every campaign has a consistent vision, aesthetic, and precise execution.
I conduct account and online strategy audits for educators and support them in growing their own creative studios — from brand building and social media planning to implementing effective sales solutions. At Kulturka, I combine my filmmaking, marketing, and organizational expertise with a passion for art, making sure our projects are not only artistically refined but also effectively promoted and genuinely supportive of the creative community’s growth.
