    • If the purchase was made fraudulently or without your consent, we will review the case and issue a refund if verified.

Processing Refunds

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Issues arise due to incompatibility with your device or software not meeting the system requirements (please check compatibility before purchase).

  • Change of mind after purchase.
